Find an authorized partner

We’re currently in the process of setting up the Leica Eyecare Partner program in Europe. We intentionally opted for selective distribution that focuses on the needs of the wearer. It’s very important to us that partner opticians provide support and advice, as it allows us to offer truly unique products and services. That’s why we apply the same standards of excellency to our lenses as we do to customer satisfaction. Please provide us with your contact address. Our customer service will then inform you of your nearest partner.

Leica Eyecare

Leica eyecare, focus your vision

Andreas Kaufmann«  Leica for more than one hundred years, a worldwide synonym for precision optical tools and the fine arts of engineering made in Germany. Our dedication to perfection in manufacturing and quality and our untiring ambition to achieve the best possible visual experience are the cornerstones of the fascination for our long-established brand. The name Leica is a promise of quality and the joy of seeing the world that we have fulfilled for generations and maintain today.

Manifested in groundbreaking achievements, the company’s optical expertise encompasses all Leica products – from the earliest microscopes to sport optics products, our cameras and their legendary lenses. Photographers often speak of the “Leica moment” when describing particularly successful photographs with strong contrasts, the finest contours and the perfect interplay of light and shadow.

I’m delighted to inform you that, thanks to the collaboration with Novacel, we can now also apply this range of expertise and experience to the manufacture of ophthalmic premium lenses. Leica Eyecare is a logical and visionary complement to our portfolio of optical products. Our wish is to enable you to experience these moments with your own eyes – with lenses from the collaboration between Novacel and Leica ».

Dr. Andreas Kaufmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Leica Camera AG.

In collaboration with Novacel, a new production line was developed specifically for the Leica Eyecare product range in one of Europe’s most modern production facilities, located in Château-Thierry, France. Thanks to the combined expertise of Leica and Novacel, this product range is one of the most innovative in Europe.

As it does for its photographic and sport optics products, Leica also prioritizes quality, precision and innovation for its eyeglass lenses. Quality assurance is breaking new ground with Leica Eyecare. The standards of the quality levels and inspection procedures introduced by Leica Eyecare are 20% higher than applicable European standards. The lens manufacturing procedures enable measuring accuracy that is 100% higher than current standards, thus minimizing eye fatigue for the wearer.

In addition to these unique quality and precision requirements, the optical lenses of the German and French collaboration also boast the benefits of the Aquadura® coating, which was developed and patented by Leica. This finish has been used on Leica binoculars for years and offers outstanding lens protection from water, dust, dirt and damage, even in the most demanding conditions, for instance when exploring nature or hunting.

The Leica Eyecare collection features high-performance premium lenses for all visual needs, as well as lenses for a variety of specific applications and activities such as driving, playing golf, shooting, sailing, winter sports, cycling and, of course, photography.
The overall product range focuses on what is most important: customer satisfaction.
Thanks to unique technical manufacturing processes and many lens customization options, Leica Eyecare offers wearers of lenses an incomparable visual experience and outstanding wear comfort.

Brand-new warranties are also granted to ensure customer satisfaction over the long term. These exclusive warranties make concerns a thing of the past for everyone who owns Leica Eyecare lenses. In addition to the usual adapting warranties, Leica Eyecare also offers, for example, an expanded scratch warranty. If their initial pair of lenses breaks or is lost or stolen, wearers of progressive lenses will also receive a replacement pair within 72 hours (plus delivery time and customs clearance), regardless of where they are in Europe.
